Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email along with a PayPal invoice for the order.
No, you do NOT need a PayPal account. Your payment will be sent through PayPal as a “guest payment” using your credit/debit card.
Unfortunately we can not process any payments for mail-in orders except via credit or debit card.
Yes, all orders come with digital scans (via e-mail transfer) by default. This is to ensure that you will have a digital copy of your photos at the very least should your prints or negatives get lost in the mail. If you’d like to mail in your film for prints or development only (no scans) and pick up your order in store, then please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your order, an order confirmation and PayPal invoice will be emailed to you. You will receive the digital scans of your negatives approximately 5 days after we receive your payment.
You will receive a link to digital scans of your photos via e-mail. This link will allow you to preview and download your photos directly to your phone or computer.
Your photos will be available for download for THIRTY (30) DAYS after we send you the link to the files. This link will EXPIRE after the thirty days. Once the link expires the files are PERMANENTLY removed from the system and cannot be retrieved.
Unfortunately, no. Once the link has expired, the files are permanently removed from the system and CAN NOT be retrieved.
Yes! You can add prints to your order and choose between 4” and 5” prints in either matte or glossy finish. If you’d like to add prints to your order, please fill out the “ADD PRINTS” section of the table and indicate how many sets you’d like.
You will receive your prints/negatives approximately 14 business days after receipt of your payment. Please note that this is a rough estimate, and that we are not liable/responsible for any delays caused by Canada Post or other carriers.
For qualifying orders, standard flat rate shipping costs $5. This flat rate shipping can accommodate up to two rolls’ worth negatives plus prints (1set/roll), or up to 5 rolls’ worth of negatives only. For orders exceeding this amount, shipping will automatically be upgraded to expedited shipping which starts at $15.
Yes. Please indicate in the shipping section if you’d like to pay for expedited shipping. Once we receive your order, we will calculate an estimated shipping cost for your order and contact you for confirmation before we charge you for your order.
Standard flat rate shipping does NOT come with tracking. If you would like tracking for your shipment, please select the expedited shipping option.
Yes! If you’d like to pick up your prints/negatives in store, please select the“Pick up in store” option in the “NEGATIVES” section. Your prints/negatives will be available for pick up once you receive the e-mail notification containing the link to your photos. Negatives not picked up within 30 days from the date of the completion of the order will be discarded unless specifically requested.
If your roll is blank, we’ll notify you by e-mail and you’ll receive a refund (minus a $2 processing fee) for the roll via your method of payment.
