Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Method

Annex Photo offers four delivery methods:

1) Canada Post Standard Mail (Regular Mail)

• Orders delivered by Canada Post standard mail do not come with tracking information and there is no time guarantee for delivery. This shipping option is only available for photo print orders. Orders with a shipping charge of $15 or more are automatically upgraded to our Canada Post Standard Mail with Tracking delivery method.

2) Canada Post Standard Mail (with Tracking)

• Orders delivered by Canada Post Standard Mail (with Tracking) comes with tracking. The tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is shipped.

3) Canada Post (RUSH SHIPPING)

• Canada Post (RUSH SHIPPING) orders are delivered via Canada Post Xpresspost. Tracking information is emailed to you when the order is shipped. Orders delivered by Canada Post Xpresspost are generally received within five (5) to seven (7) business days from when the order is shipped.

4) In-Store Pick-Up

• This option is FREE! Items ordered will be available for pick-up at Annex Photo during our regular operating hours. We ask that you bring with you:

1. The email with your order confirmation, and
2. Government issued photo I.D.

• Only the person whose name is on the confirmation email is authorized to pick-up the order in-store.

Delivery Cost

The cost of delivery is generated by the Annex Photo website at the time of purchase. In certain instances, where the cost of shipping is determined to be higher or if the shipping location is a location that Annex Photo is unable to ship to, Annex Photo notify you via email or telephone and give you the option to either:

1. pay the additional cost, or
2. cancel the order and receive a full refund via your original method of payment.

Shipping Time

Inventory Products

Inventory items are products such as film, frames, and photo albums. If the item ordered is not in stock, Annex Photo will notify you. When you can expect to receive your order is based on the delivery method selected at the time of purchase. Inventory products are generally shipped within forty-eight (48) hours of Annex Photos receiving the order, with the exception of orders in which the “pick-up in-store” option has been selected. If the “pick-up in-store” delivery option was selected and the item is in stock, your order is generally ready to be picked up within three (3) hours during our regular operating hours. For all other delivery methods, Annex Photo will email you a notification communicating that the order has shipped along with the tracking information, if applicable.

Photo Prints

Photo print orders are orders for prints that are wallet size to 12”x18”. When you can expect to receive your order is based on the delivery method selected at the time of purchase. Photo prints are generally shipped within twenty-four (24) hours of Annex Photo receiving the order, with the exception of orders in which the “pick-up in-store” option has been selected. If the “pick-up in-store” delivery option was selected, your order is generally ready to be picked up within three (3) hours during our regular operating hours. Annex Photo will not send a notification when your order is ready for pick-up, you may simply drop in. For all other delivery methods, Annex Photo will email you a notification communicating that the order has shipped along with the tracking information, if applicable.

Poster Prints

Poster print orders are orders for prints that are 16”x20” to 24”x36” in size. When you can expect to receive your order is based on the delivery method selected at the time of purchase. Photo prints are generally shipped within three (3) days of Annex Photo receiving the order, with the exception of orders in which the “pick-up in-store” option has been selected. If the “pick-up in-store” delivery option was selected, your order is generally ready to be picked up in forty-eight (48) hours, during our regular operating hours. Annex Photo will not send a notification when your order is ready for pick-up, you may simply drop in. For all other delivery methods, Annex Photo will email you a notification communicating that the order has shipped along with the tracking information, if applicable.

Photo Gifts

Photo gifts orders are orders for specialty photo products. The shipping time varies on the product ordered.

Photo Gifts 1 include the following items:

• Greeting Cards,
• 3D Photo Blocks,
• Calendars,
• Acrylic Blocks, and
• Standard Photo Books.

Photo Gifts 1 are generally shipped within three (3) days of Annex Photo receiving the order, with the exception of orders in which the “pick-up in-store” option has been selected. If the “pick-up in-store” delivery option was selected, your order is generally ready to be picked up in forty-eight (48) hours during our regular operating hours. Annex Photo will not send a notification when your order is ready for pick-up, you may simply drop in. For all other delivery methods, Annex Photo will email you a notification communicating that the order has shipped along with the tracking information, if applicable.

Photo Gifts 2 include the following items:

• 11oz Mugs,
• 15oz Mugs,
• Metal Panels (5x7” to 11”x14”),
• Desktop Plaques, and
• Coasters.

Photo Gifts 2 are generally shipped within seven (7) days of Annex Photo receiving the order, with the exception of orders in which the “pick-up in-store” option has been selected. If the “pick-up in-store” delivery option was selected, your order is generally ready to be picked up in seven (7) days during our regular operating hours. Annex Photo will not send a notification when your order is ready for pick-up, you may simply drop in after 2 pm on the day that your order is ready. For all other delivery methods, Annex Photo will email you a notification communicating that the order has shipped along with the tracking information, if applicable.

All other photo gifts (Photo Gifts 3) include:

• Custom Cover Photo Books,
• Frosted Beer Mugs,
• Water Bottles,
• Playing Cards,
• Metal Panels (12”x18” to 24”x36”),
• Photo Magnets,
• Key Chains,
• Latte Mugs,
• Photo Blankets,
• Photo Towels,
• T-Shirts, and
• Shot Glasses.

Photo Gifts 3 are generally shipped within fourteen (14) of Annex Photo receiving the order. Annex Photo will email you a notification communicating that the order has shipped along with the tracking information, if applicable. For photo gift orders in this category where the “pick-up in-store” delivery option has been selected, Annex Photo may email or telephone you when your order is ready.

More Information

• Annex Photo reserves the right to decline to ship to P.O Boxes, third-party freight company, or addresses outside of Canada.
• We cannot ship separate items of a single order to multiple delivery locations.
