Annex Photo offers a 10-day refund and/or exchange for frames, photo albums, photo displays, cameras, and other accessories. All items considered for refund or exchange must be returned unopened in its original packaging, unused, free of visible marks, scratches, or defects, and complete with all components and packaging materials.
Batteries, memory cards, digital accessories, and film, including Instax film and disposable cameras are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
Annex Photo gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. No exceptions.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our prints and other photo gift products, you should contact Annex Photo within 10 days of receiving your order at 416-922-0920 or email us a email@example.com.
Please ensure you refer to your Order Number so that we can assist you.
Once you have contacted us and we have identified the cause of the problem, we will let you know the options available.
When the problem has occurred in the production of your order, we will arrange to either replace the product free of charge or refund the price to you. Please note that in some circumstances, you may be required to return the original item to us.
Photo print and gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded in the following circumstances:
We recommend you carefully preview the items to be ordered by you and the choices made by you for their production before ordering, and ensure you are satisfied before adding them to your Shopping Cart.
Please note that generally we cannot cancel or make any changes to orders once you have proceeded through the payment checkout.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Annex Photo.
Upon approval of a return the following conditions must be met prior to a refund or exchange:
Refunds or exchanges are not available on Final Sale or Clearance Items. Unless otherwise marked by a "Clearance" tag or other similar markings, a product or service shall be identified as a Final Sale Item or Clearance at the point of sale.
All items eligible for return can be brought directly to Annex Photo.
Online purchases can be shipped to Annex Photo by mail for return. Please contact Annex Photo by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 416-922-0920 for instructions on how to return your purchase. Please include with your item, the order number, purchaser name, reason for the return, and contact information including: Name, email, and phone number. Your shipment will be checked upon receipt. Any missing or damaged merchandise, parts, or packaging will be reported to you within 10 days of Annex Photo receipt and an appropriate charge applied. Shipping, duty, brokerage, and insurance charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
