Video Transfer Mail-In Service - Servicing Anywhere in Canada
Video transfer orders can be mailed in, along with your contact information. An Annex Photo video transfer team member will reach out to you to discuss the video transfer service you are interested in. An invoice will then be sent to you via email that can be paid online.

Video Transfer Formats
Transfer your home videos to playable DVD, or a file on DVD or USB Drive, to an MP4, or other available formats. We support transferring for a variety of different films and tapes such as:

Video transfers take approximately 2 weeks to complete. We CANNOT transfer copyrighted content.

- $30 per tape onto USB, up to 2 hours
- $40 per tape onto DVD, up to 2 hours
- Additional $10 per 30 minutes after the 2 hour limit
- PAL/NTSC Conversion – additional $10 per tape
- Transfer home movies from your VHS tapes to a DVD MP4 file, USB MP4 file, or playable DVD (other file types available upon request).
- Video transfers for VHS tapes take approximately 2 weeks to complete.
- Original tapes will be returned to you when you pick up your transfer, mailed back to you with your video transfer for a cost of $18.99 (for qualifying orders based on size and weight) or can be destroyed at your request.
Transfer 8mm Video Home Movies - 8mm Video
- $30 per tape onto USB, up to 2 hours
- $40 per tape onto DVD, up to 2 hours
- Additional $10 per 30 minutes after the 2 hour limit

- $40 per tape onto USB, up to 1 hour
- $50 per tape onto DVD, up to 1 hour

- Transfer your Mini DV High Definition tape to a DVD MP4 file, USB MP4 file, or playable DVD
- Video transfers take approximately 2 weeks to complete

Transfer Betamax Home Movies
- $38 per tape onto USB, up to 2 hours
- $48 per tape onto DVD, up to 2 hours
- Additional $10 per 30 minutes after the 2 hour limit

- Transfer your Betamax tapes to a DVD MP4 file, USB MP4 file, or playable DVD
- Video transfers take approximately 2 weeks to complete

Super 8 Film – Digitize Home Movies - Super 8 / 8mm Film
- $0.22 per foot onto USB
- Additional $10 onto DVD
- 3” Reels are $11 | 5” Reels are $44 | 7” Reels are $88 (Prices are calculated using a $0.22/foot rate onto USB)
- There is a minimum charge of $30 for Super 8 Film Transfers
- Transfer your Super 8 / 8mm film to a DVD MP4 file, USB MP4 file, or playable DVD
- Video transfers take approximately 2 weeks to complete.
- Original reels will be returned to you when you pick up your transfer, mailed back to you with your video transfer for a cost of $18.99 (for qualifying orders based on size and weight) or can be destroyed at your request.
Digitize 16mm Film
- $0.30 per foot onto USB
- Additional $10 onto DVD
- 3” Reels are $13 | 5” Reels are $52 | 7” Reels are $104 (Prices are calculated using a $0.30/foot rate onto USB)
- There is a minimum charge of $30 for 16mm Film transfers
- Transfer your 16mm Film to a DVD MP4 file, USB MP4 file, or playable DVD
- Video transfers take approximately 2 weeks to complete
- Original reels will be returned to you when you pick up your transfer, mailed back to you with your video transfer for a cost of $18.99 (for qualifying orders based on size and weight) or can be destroyed at your request.
Digitize DVD
- $30 per 2 hour DVD onto USB (video files only)
- Additional $10 to transfer photos/files other tan video files on DVD
- Transfer your DVD to a DVD MP4 file, USB MP4 file or playable DVD
- Video transfers take approximately 2 weeks to complete
- Original DVD will be returned to you when you pick up your transfer, mailed back to you with your video transfer for a cost of $18.99 (for qualifying orders based on size and weight) or can be destroyed at your request.
Transfer Hi-8 Home Movies
- $38 per tape, up to 2 hours
- Additional $10 per 30 minutes after the 2 hour limit
